Return & Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange-only policy. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only accepted if you have received the wrong product.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Important: To process claims for damaged or missing items, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Begin before opening the package
- Show all sides of the sealed parcel, including the shipping label
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.
Claims without this video may not be eligible for exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Products are non-returnable after 7 days of delivery.
- Books are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once delivered.
- Currently, no refunds are offered.
Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once your return is approved and received, you may request an exchange for another item of equal value.
